No matter how user-friendly an application is, sometimes there’s a need for technical assistance. We get it, and that’s why we have a dedicated support team to help patients who need guidance.

Improving patient engagement rates is dependent upon the entire care team knowing how to interact with patients via the app. To make this happen, we’ve created an onboarding process that sets up the app for each member of the care team in a way that works best for each of them.
