Customer Success Manager
Qure4u is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager. This role provides key accounts a single, dedicated resource to manage the ongoing relationship post-implementation. Responsible for maintaining/improving reference-ability, and building upon the current relationships within our customer base. This role will represent Qure4u to our internal clients, ensuring they optimize all Qure4u solutions based on their organization’s specific needs.
Sales Operations Manager
Qure4u is currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager. This role will be directly responsible for collaborating with senior leadership to identify and manage initiatives to accelerate sales growth, improve operational processes, and remove friction from our customer experience. Additionally, they will own forecasting, territory/capacity planning, sales process design/stage management, and additional day-to-day operational support to the Sales Team.

As an Enterprise Partnership Director, you will be responsible for enterprise sales of our platform. In this role, you will develop and expand executive-level relationships with VP and C-level healthcare provider executives in both hospitals and health systems to successfully sell and deliver our mobile, cloud-based, SaaS virtual care and digital health platform.
